From June 11 to June 12, 2019, the Economic and Information Bureau and Hubei Chuda Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly organized a two-day "Lean Production Management Fifth Training Conference" successfully concluded. More than 100 people from Chuda Intelligent Equipment Supervisor and above and representatives of enterprises in Duodao District of High-tech Zone attended the training.
This training was taught by Mr. Mitsui, consultant of the "Lean Production" project of Shanghe Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Mr. Hu Jian, senior project manager.
The Promotion Committee will make the fourth summary report on lean production activities.

Mr. Mitsui affirmed the results of the fourth phase of lean production management improvement activities, put forward suggestions and opinions on the problems existing in each workshop, and put forward the key points to be paid attention to in promoting lean production.
Through the four phases of lean production activities, the site environment, staff morale, corporate culture and leadership have been differently demonstrated and improved. In order to make lean production activities reach a new level, the company requires all departments to take the lead in management, deeply think about the mission and responsibilities of the department, and carry out lean production activities in depth in combination with the mission and responsibilities of the department in each subsequent lean management activities. The office functional departments implement "3 2", that is, 3 5S,2 independent improvement or process optimization construction, production workshop implementation of "4 1", that is: 4 5S,1 independent improvement or process optimization construction. For the company's project, all departments should push down the departmental wall, implement cross-departmental joint operations, and finally solve difficult problems and improve work efficiency.
