Lianchuang Electronics said that in order to further expand the main business of Lianchuang Electronics and further implement the company's strategic layout, it plans to initiate investment in the establishment of Jiangxi Lianchuang Optical Industry Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name), a sub-fund of Jiangxi Development and Upgrade Guidance Fund. The planned scale of the fund is RMB 0.99 billion. As a inferior partner, the company plans to contribute RMB 0.309 billion. The funds raised by the fund are mainly used to develop the company's optical industry, the investment project company-Jiangxi Lianchuang Jisheng Optical Co., Ltd., with the help of the company's rich industrial resources and core technology, plans to complete the construction of the "industrialization project with an annual output of 0.2 billion high-pixel mobile phone lenses" in two years.
Jiangxi Lianchuang 3D Glass Industry Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name), a sub-fund of Jiangxi Development and Upgrading Guidance Fund, is proposed to invest RMB 1.22 billion yuan. As an inferior partner, the company plans to contribute RMB 0.365 billion yuan. The funds raised by the fund are mainly used to invest in the project company Jiangxi Lianchuang Hengtai Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (tentative name), with the help of the company's rich industrial resources and core technologies, it is planned to complete the construction of the "industrialization project of 50 million pieces of 3D curved cover glass per year" in one year.
